Simone Moore

Physiotherapist/Practice Principal
B.App.Sci (Physiotherapy), BA (Psych, Soc, Soc Sci), VicFit Instructor, CPR and First Aid Certificate, APA Member

Simone graduated in 1999 from the University of Sydney and is the owner and head physiotherapist of our practice. Simone has extensive experience in Sports, orthopaedic conditions, rehabilitations, hydrotherapy, pilates, exercise and gym programs, dry needling, casting, kinesio taping, womens health and infant massage.

Simone is a passionate sports woman and has specialist training in sports injuries, treatment and taping. In 2013 and 2014 she was the physiotherapist for the USA and Canadian hockey teams when they came to Australia and played their international games. She is a qualified golf physiotherapist and has worked with NSW Premier Soccer League (Bankstown City Lions), Super Soccer League (Fairfield Lions), AFL (Redbacks – Sydney Swans 2nds, NSW RAM's and University Teams), Rugby Union (Lane Cove, Chatswood and Epping), Rugby League, (Moore Park) and NSW Netball. 


Elizabeth Yang

Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist, Elizabeth graduated from University of Newcastle in early 2014 as a second Bachelor DegreeElizabeth Physio. Prior to that, she gained her first physiotherapy Bachelor degree in South Korea in 2005 and Masters’ degree in 2008.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in musculoskeletal condition, rehabilitations, sports, women’s health, clinical pilates, dry needling, kinesio taping, orthopaedic and neurological condition through working in private practices, hospitals and community soccer team (Barnsley). She especially has a passion towards the musculoskeletal area and women’s health area. Her main treatment approach is through utilisation of a diverse manual therapy techniques and detailed exercise prescription to assist patients to return to their usual routine as soon as possible.

For providing the most up-to-date and evidence based physiotherapy services, Elizabeth has gone on to completenumerous continuing educational courses including Muscle Energy Technique: Pelvis and Lumbar spine, The Pregnant Pelvis, Introduction of the pelvic floor, Clinical Pilates, Pilates for the Older person, Sports Physiotherapy Level 1, Sports trainer Level 1, The Sporting Elbow, Wrist and Hand, International PNF Level 1& 2, Musculoskeletal segmental and Dry Needling, Synthetic Casting, Plastering and Mulligan’s Upper Quadrant.

During her spare time, she enjoys snorkeling, swimming, Zumba and Pilates, and loves travelling.

 

Vini Boppana

Physiotherapist

About me:

- Graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2015. 

- Experience working in private practice settings and sports coverage (AFL)

- my physio ethos: 

A holistic and goal-oriented approach to therapy to provide a high quality of care to all my patients. I use a multi-modal hands-on physiotherapy approach in conjunction with tailored exercises for optimal patient results 

- Specials skills include deep tissue/sports release, dry needling, kinesio and rigid taping, cupping and mobilizations

- My availabilities are every Mondays and Wednesdays (2-7pm) and alternate Saturday

       (9am – 1pm)

- Languages spoken: English, Telugu, some French  

- Hobbies – yoga, latin dancing, tennis, gym


Avneet Kaur

Secretary

Avneet is currently in her 2nd year at Western Sydney University completing a Bachelor of Nursing. She is aiming to continue her career path through the medical industry. In her spare time she enjoys watching TV dramas, reading and spending time with her family.


Daniela Martins

Secretary

Daniela is studying a Certificate II in Business and hopes to keep learning in the future to ultimatley become a practice manager. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and enjoys reading history books and playing sports.
